They pride themselves on delivering an expansive scope of services, including Infrastructure Solutions, Technical Services, Cloud Services and Support Services. We are looking for a 3rd line engineer to join an established team delivering a mix of project based and operational support to clients. We are looking for a fast learner with a hunger and an ambition to increase your knowledge, skillset and provide great customer service. Who can assess the priority of an incident, how to troubleshoot a case and when to ask for further support. We are a fast-moving MSP, so you will need to be poised and calm under pressure. Do you have experience in the following technologies: Active directory, Citrix, VMware, and Windows Server? Are you comfortable liaising with clients on the telephone or via email and do what it takes to ensure SLAs are adhered to? Can you work to deadlines and adapt priorities according to business needs? If so, this will be the perfect role for you! Skills You'll Need ? Experience supporting Citrix, VMware and Windows Server. ? Understanding of Cloud technologies. ? Experience working with vendors. ? Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. ? Full Clean Driving Licence Desirable Skills ? Experience working for an MSP ? Experience with VMWare Horizon ? Microsoft MCSA 2008/2012 ?
