Package £27,000 to £30,000 per annum Accommodation available at a cost - £400 per month What's involved? As the successful Sous Chef, you will work alongside a small team and a skilled Head Chef as his number two, supporting them daily with the smooth running of the kitchen and in the Head Chef's absence for days off and holidays. The kitchen is open for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and with Dinner serving up to 60 guests at weekends. A minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience will be required for this role.
