ASB Officer, Lancashire

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced ASB Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract situated in Lancashire Your role will focus on the investigation and prevention of anti-social behaviour and related enforcement of tenancy conditions. Given your previous experience in a similar role, you will already be familiar with gathering evidence and taking witness statements as well as interviewing perpetrators and taking appropriate remedial action. Due to the specialist nature of this role its essential that you've covered the following duties in an ASB capacity within a social housing environment: Ability to self-represent at court Preparing Witness Statements Applying to court for possession/injunction action.
