Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor, Manchester

I am seeking an Associate Director from a Quantity Surveying background to join a busy construction consultancy in Central Manchester. My client are an international building consultancy who are looking to add an Associate Director from a Quantity Surveying background to their successful team. The company specialise in Quantity Surveying and Project Management and have managed to continue to grow their business during the recent economic downturn. They require a senior figure, or someone with all the tools to become a senior figure, to lead the office and team forward into the future. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Managing a QS / PM team, have a good technical knowledge and have experience generating business. Ideally, you will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience managing projects but exceptional candidates from a PM background alone will be considered. Their current workload is exceptionally diverse with a mixture of work in the private and public sector and would welcome someone from either a public or private sector background to generate business in either area. The initial salary will be between £50k - £70k but is negotiable based on experience and suitability.
