Maths Teacher, 'Oldham'

Position: Maths Teacher Salary: £24,373 - £35,971 (Main pay scale) Location: Oldham Start date: October 2020 Duration: Maternity cover 2 terms + BPS Recruitment are working with a large ?GOOD? Secondary school in Oldham to recruit a Maths Teacher to teach both KS3 and KS4. The position will be covering the current teachers Maternity leave with a view to going onto a schools contract. School: * OFSTED: Good * Very warm and inclusive staff team who make a huge effort to help where needed. * Well-behaved children. The school is looking for a teacher who can hit the ground running as the position will be starting after the first half term of the new academic year, october 2020. Requirements: * Must hold UK QTS with a Maths Specialism * Experience working with KS3 and 4 pupils * Good, positive behaviour management strategies to add to already effective school strategies * Have a nurturing and positive approach to teaching and be able to cater for different ability levels * Hold a full enhanced DBS check on the update service ? this can be sorted at a later date.
