We are Seeking a trained and passionate Bar Tender to join our Bar team.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with our menu specifications, including classic and signature cocktails. Complete bar set up at the start of a service, including preparing garnishes, stocking glassware and cleaning duties.
- Carry out full bar close-down procedure, ensuring the bar has been fully cleaned down and prepared ready for the following shift.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu options to be able to offer guests recommendations, including understanding the allergens present.
- Drive sales through excellent service, genuine guest engagement, and personalised recommendations.
- Support the bar floor team proactively when required.
The successful applicant will have/be:
- A minimum of one year’s working experience in a Bar environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of mixing classic cocktails.
- Understanding of the responsible sale of alcohol, although full training will be provided.
- Be an outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently at pace and be proactive for the duration of your shift.
- Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
- An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
- Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
- Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
