This is delivered by Softcat's Vendor Customer Success Managers, who are a part of our wider Customer Experience Team. By becoming a member of the Customer Success team, you will be part of a group who are motivated to provide customers with the best experience by supporting them through their agreement lifecycles as well as ensuring that they are maximising their cloud investments.

Empowering customers with expert guidance and seamless vendor support

As a Vendor Customer Success Manager, you will represent Softcat's key partners by building strong relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise customers. You will bring deep knowledge of vendor programmes, products, agreements and Softcat services. The role focuses on driving adoption and supporting customers throughout their full journey by increasing awareness and understanding.

As a Vendor Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Proactively support multiple opportunities and initiatives while building confidence and self-sufficiency within sales specialist teams
  • Apply strong knowledge of vendor architectures, pipeline management and sales support to drive effective outcomes
  • Engage Cisco Enterprise Agreement customers, shape Customer Success Plans and lead regular business reviews to strengthen relationships
  • Introduce and onboard customers into vendor programmes and portals while driving adoption and identifying growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate data in Planhat, contribute to NPS improvement and seek efficiencies across Customer Experience processes
  • Support customer retention through excellent service, shared mailbox activities and involvement in wider team projects
