This is a key leadership role within the foundry and metal casting sector, focused on leading the sales function, managing key accounts, developing new business and supporting commercial growth across domestic and export markets.Responsibilities for Head of SalesLead the overall sales function across domestic and export marketsDevelop and deliver sales strategies to grow market share and achieve agreed targetsManage key customer relationships, pricing, contracts and service agreementsIdentify and secure new business with OEMs, contractors, end users and industrial customersProvide sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates to the boardLead, coach and develop internal and external sales teamsRequirements for Head of SalesThe ideal candidate will be a commercially strong and technically credible sales leader with experience in B2B technical sales within foundry, castings, forgings or a closely related manufacturing sector. You should be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and drive accountability within a sales team.Proven B2B technical sales experience within or engineering-led manufacturing, foundry, castings or forgingsStrong understanding of casting processes, metallurgy, engineering drawings or technical specificationsExperience managing, coaching and developing a sales teamExcellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationallyCRM or ERP experience would be beneficialIf you are an experienced Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager or Commercial Manager looking for a leadership role within a specialist manufacturing environment, we would be keen to hear from you.Please send your CV or apply today to be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
