Police Services Support Specialist (Call Centre), Greater Manchester

You will be providing exemplary, confidential support to senior managers, healthcare professionals and police across our nationwide forensic healthcare and custody contracts, primarily based in our Manchester office with an agile working arrangement.

• Provide confidential support to senior managers, healthcare professionals and police.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day tasks and documentation related to operational support.
• Answer and triage telephone inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Support varied workload, including days, nights and weekends as part of a rolling shift pattern.

• Can‑do attitude and willingness to make a difference to people’s lives.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Team player and role model to others.
• Good IT skills and readiness to learn new systems.
• Transferable skills preferred; previous call‑centre experience not required.

42 hours per week (average) based on a rolling shift pattern of days, nights and weekends with overtime opportunities.

Salary: £27,834.96 – £29,374.80 per annum.
