Youll play a crucial role in ensuring aircraft are fully catered, stocked, and ready for departure, safely, efficiently, and on time.Location Manchester (Airside Operations) Job Type Full Time, Ongoing Shifts&Hours: Average 12-hour shifts (11.5 hours paid) Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift Operations run 7 days a week, including public holidays Start Times: AM shift 05:30am 13:30pm AM Shift 05:30am - 17:30pm PM shift 13:00pm - 21:30pm 4 on / 4 off Break Structure: 1st break unpaid 2nd break paidPay Rates:£17.00 - £18.70 per hour Roles&Responsibilities: Driving HGV Class 2 (Category C) vehicles airside Operating catering and high-loader vehicles in restricted airport zones Loading and unloading catering equipment in line with aircraft specifications Delivering food, beverages, and equipment directly to aircraft Completing vehicle safety checks before and after shiftsEnsuring all deliveries meet strict aviation safety and timing requirements Maintaining compliance with Food Safety, Hygiene, and Aviation Security regulations Working closely with airside teams and flight crew Essential Requirements: Valid UK HGV Category C (Class 2) licence Digital Tachograph cardMaximum of 6 minor penalty points Previous Class 2 driving experience required Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays Strong awareness of safety in a high-risk, time-sensitive environment Willingness to undergo full airside security clearance Benefits:Competitive hourly rate Consistent, ongoing work Work within a dynamic airport environment Additional company benefits available SECURITY CHECKS: As this role is based within a secure airport environment, all applicants must be willing to undergo full Aviation Security Vetting inline with UK regulations, including:5-year employment/unemployment history check UK criminal record check International criminal record check (where applicable) To apply or for more information contact Karolina on 07483 988890 TPBN1_UKTJ
