Are you an experienced Engineering Maintenance professional looking to move into education? Or an established Tutor / Assessor seeking a more flexible, autonomous role?

We're working with a highly regarded training provider to recruit an Engineering Tutor / Assessor, offering the chance to make a real impact while enjoying a hybrid, field-based position.

• Deliver and assess Engineering Maintenance apprenticeship programmes
• Conduct workplace visits, observations, and progress reviews
• Provide hands‑on coaching and support to learners on‑site
• Manage your own diary with a high degree of autonomy
• Cover a regional patch from Cheshire through to Yorkshire

• Level 4 qualification (or above) in Engineering
• Strong industry background in engineering maintenance
• Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience (desirable, not essential)
• Assessor qualification (advantageous – support available if needed)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

• Competitive salary up to £38,985
