The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with Tier 1–2 Main Contracting experience and a strong background in delivering new‑build projects. This position is based on a £35 m project in Manchester City Centre, where you will take responsibility for inter‑als management on a live scheme. The project is set for handover in late 2026, after which you will move straight onto the next development nearby.

• Will consider Senior Site Managers with façade & externals experience
• Ideally experienced in delivering new build multi‑room schemes (Student Accommodation, BTR, or Hotels)

• Up to £75,000 + Car/Allowance + Discretionary Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
• Guaranteed local work to 2027
