General Manager - Manchester

We're searching for a dynamic General Manager to lead F&B delivery for arguably the world's most storied football club, Manchester United. We are looking for a senior leader to drive exceptional food and guest experiences for Old Trafford's 75,000 fans.

• Leads strategic planning through strong client collaboration, structured execution, and market insight
• Owns end-to-end hospitality operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and consistency
• Drives innovation, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all F&B service areas
• Builds, leads, and develops high-performing hospitality teams with a focus on culture, communication, and engagement
• Accountable for financial performance, using data‑driven insights to control costs and grow revenue
