Senior Property Damage Solicitor – High-Value Insurance Claims, Manchester

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning international law firm with a strong reputation for advising the insurance market on complex property damage claims.

Due to continued growth, the firm’s specialist Property Damage team is looking to recruit a Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE to handle a varied and high-quality caseload.

You’ll work closely with leading insurers and underwriters, advising on complex disputes and high-value property damage claims, including multi-million-pound losses arising from a wide range of incidents.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist insurance litigation expertise within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Manage a varied caseload of complex property damage litigation matters
• Act on disputes involving fires, escapes of water and oil, subsidence and construction-related incidents
• Work closely with major insurers and underwriters on high-value claimsProvide clear, practical advice to clients on technical property damage disputes
• Deliver a high standard of client service while meeting deadlines and targets
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across a specialist insurance litigation team

• A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE
• Experienced in property damage or insurance litigation
• Confident managing technical and complex disputes
• Highly organised with strong time management and case management skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills

• Salary up to £85,000, depending on experience
