Legal Counsel - Construction (4-6 PQE) Manchester | Hybrid (2 days in office)

You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of construction and infrastructure matters. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, supporting complex projects, and working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

• Advising on a wide range of construction matters across major projects
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, including standard forms and bespoke agreements
• Supporting the business on risk identification and mitigation
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, solution-oriented advice

• Qualified lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE in construction law
• Strong experience with JCT contracts
• Exposure to PFI/PPP projects (highly desirable)
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across a global business
