The Role

Support delivery of transformationprogrammesby structuring workstreams,maintainingalignment between strategy and execution, and contributing to architecture and delivery outputs.

Whatyou’llbe doing

• Translate strategy and architecture into plans, workstreams and deliverables
• Support development of roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities
• Contribute to capability models,processand architecture artefacts
• Maintain delivery artefacts (plans, RAID, documentation)
• Support coordination across teams and stakeholders
• Assistworkshops and stakeholder engagement activity
• Ensure alignment between design outputs and delivery execution
• Contribute to internal tools,methodsand continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, businessanalysisor delivery roles
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear outputs
• Understanding of how strategy, systems and delivery interact
• Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skillserk
• Organisedand able to manage multiple priorities

Desirable

• Higher education or transformation experience
• Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling
• Experience supporting system implementation or transformationprogrammes
