Vice President, Data Privacy Manager – Transfer Agency Operations, Manchester, UK.

• Subject matter expert in EMEA Transfer Agency on data privacy, records retention, data quality and related governance tasks.
• Act as Data Privacy Champion for EMEA Transfer Agency, educating staff on requirements, procedures and practices to protect client data.
• Act as Records Management Coordinator for EMEA Transfer Agency, ensuring records are inventoried and accurately classified.
• Describe data privacy controls to clients and auditors and support teams on best practices.
• Support remediation of data‑quality issues within Transfer Agency applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Background in Data Privacy, Records Management, Consulting or Financial Services and experience with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
