As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be managing your own caseload on behalf of high-profile household names including developers, investors and private clients. It is predominantly commercial Property Litigation although there is a smaller amount of high value residential property litigation also.

Day-to-day duties may include:

• Handling your own diverse caseload of property related matters including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals and property damage claims
• Supporting Partners on larger high value and complex disputes
• Representing clients in Court, on tribunals and in mediation
• Conducting all legal research for law updates and provide internal training

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy team where there is a genuinely open route to progress internally. This role will suit those ideally with 3-6 years’ experience due to the structure of the current team and level of work.

You’ll want to work on high profile, complex work within one of the leading teams in Manchester, have a strong commercial acumen and feel able to deal with a range of clients from the outset.

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required. The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills and level of PQE.
