Dutiesoftherolewillinclude;

  • Responsibleforownledgerensuringallcustomersadheretotheirpaymentterms
  • Workingwithseveraldifferentledgerswithdifferentrequirements
  • Developrelationshipswithcustomersandsolvinganyqueriesconcerningtheiraccounts
  • Identifyandmonitoringcustomerswhoposeafinancialrisktothecustomer
  • Sendoverduecustomersfordisconnectionwhilstworkingwithinstrictcreditcontrolprocesses
  • Identifyingwaysinwhichthecurrentprocessesandprocedurescanbeimproved
  • Adhocreportingandreportingtoseniormanagementandstakeholdersonamonthlybasis
  • Lookingatprocessestoensurethesmoothcollectionofoutstandingrevenue
  • Adminduties

Therightcandidatefortherolewillbe:

  • Self-motivated
  • Haveatleast2yearsCreditControlexperience,workingwithinacommercialenvironment
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
  • Goodarithmeticskills
  • ComputerliteratewithmoderateExcelandstrongOutlookskills
  • Excellentattentiontodetail
  • Goodatworkingaspartofateamandindividually
