Furniture Paint Sprayer, Mansfield

Halo Recruit are delighted to be working with one of Mansfield's leading bespoke furniture manufacturers to recruit for an experienced paint sprayer to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis. Based in the heart of Mansfield, and within close proximity to all transport links, the role is working Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with a negotiable salary dependant on experience. Main duties of the role will include: Spraying items, including priming and top coating to a High-Quality Finish. Spraying of different lacquers. (water based, AC, PU, fire rated) Prepping of timber ready for spraying. Staining of timber and veneers. Maintaining and preparing equipment for work. Technical knowledge of materials and processes including quality control responsibility.SKILLS REQUIRED: Proven work experience working in a furniture spray shop, both preparing and spraying. The ability to read and understand technical drawings. Knowledge of different finishing techniques such as staining, patina's and oiling. Experience of spraying PU, Polyester and Acrylic. Experience of high gloss and cold sprayed metal finishes would be an advantage. Flexible and willing to work overtime if required.We are looking for someone who is available to start work immediately, is reliable and has a strong work ethic.
