Furniture/Joinery Sprayer, Permanent, £23400 - £28080 per annum (£10 - £12 per hour), Overtime, Immediate Start Position: Furniture/Joinery Sprayer Location: Manfield Benefits: Overtime, parking, pension, 28 days holiday which includes 8 bank holidays Salary: £23400 - £(phone number removed) per annum (£10-£12 per hour) Duration: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 07.00 - 16.30pm We are working closely with a joinery company that manufactures a wide range of shopfitting. Due to their continued growth, our client is looking for a Furniture/Joinery Sprayer to join their team and deliver outstanding results. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR FURNITURE/JOINERY SPRAYER: Spray items, including priming and top coating to a High-Quality Finish. Spraying of different lacquers. (water based, AC, PU, fire rated) Prepping of timber ready for spraying. Staining of timber and veneers. Maintaining and preparing equipment for work. Technical knowledge of materials and processes including quality control responsibility.SKILLS FOR FURNITURE/JOINERY SPRAYER: Proven work experience working in a furniture spray shop, both preparing and spraying. The ability to read and understand technical drawings. Knowledge of different finishing techniques such as staining, patina's and oiling. Experience of spraying PU, Polyester and Acrylic. Experience of high gloss and cold sprayed metal finishes would be an advantage. be willing to work overtime if required.
