Join a market‑leading firm offering stable hours and no outbound calling. In this office‑based role you will handle incoming enquiries and generate quotations for existing clients and new customers alike, adjusting prices, and liaising with customers via email and phone. You will learn a niche market and work with councils and contractors across the UK.

• Handle incoming queries via phone and email
• Create quotes and estimations
• Adjust prices and provide sales support
• Submit quotations and follow‑up with customers
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes

• Previous experience as a Sales Order Processor, Estimator or similar
• Understanding of generating quotes and quotations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and organisational ability
• Good computer literacy and comfortable with email and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn full technical training provided in house
