In this rewarding role, you will:
- Deliver and review a range of family support services within the home and community.
- Provide one-to-one support to families, ensuring they receive the right help at the right time.
- Implement evidence-based parenting programmes and interventions tailored to individual family needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to create a supportive network for families.
- Maintain accurate records of your work and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Health and Social Care, Childcare or a related field (NVQ Level 3 or above).
- A minimum of three years'experience working with children and families.
- Knowledge of child development, family systems, and effective intervention strategies.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with families and colleagues.
- The ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
