Job Title: Recovery Worker - Substance Misuse

Pay Rate:£23.00 per hour

We are seeking an experiencedRecovery Workerin Mansfield to join a full-time, two-month locum assignment in the field ofsubstance misuse recovery. What You Will Do:

• Act as the main care coordinator for assigned service users, providingscreening, asset mapping, assessments, recovery planning, and care reviews using motivational interviewing techniques.
• Deliver tailor-made packages of care, includingpsycho-social interventions, key work, POD, group work, clinical interventions, andharm minimisation strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive service user assessments and developindividual recovery plansthat support community reintegration.
• Foster service-basedrecovery communities, promoting mutual support and collaboration among clients.
• Performrisk assessmentsand manage risk effectively to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Manage triage assessments and make informedreferrals to treatment and community support agencies.

Requirements:

• UpdatedDBS certificateregistered on the update service.
• Relevant experience insubstance misuse recovery.
