As Head of MFL, you will be responsible and accountable for the quality of teaching and learning in the department, student progress and outcomes, curriculum design and delivery, staff development and performance management, and the effective use of resources to secure sustained improvement.

We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who can inspire a love of languages, lead and develop colleagues, use data intelligently to drive improvement, and uphold the highest professional standards.
