RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE SUPPORT ASSISTANT The purpose of this role is to provide support to the residential unit where students that have been identified as requiring additional support, resides during out-of-school hours. The duties will involve supoprting and caring for students in the residential unit, helping with life skills and independant living. Hours - 15:30 - 22:00 pm You will be required to deliver personal care and manual handling. The residential young people all have ASD, MLD, complex needs and display very challenging behaviour. No formal qualifications needed but experience of care work or working with children is necessary for this post. The School are recruiting for resilient, dedicated and passionate care staff to start immediately. Full training will be provided.
