Chartered Utility Surveyor - Canterbury

Joshua Robert are working with a leading national consultancy who are recruiting for a Chartered Surveyor, with experience working on behalf of leading utilities and infrastructure businesses. The business, who are going through a continued period of growth, are now looking to recruit a candidate with experience in delivering compensation and compulsory purchase work to both transport and utility clients across the central region. As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you will be working alongside major utilities and infrastructure providers negotiating compensation claims, access rights, wayleaves and easements with landowners across the region, as well as some more traditional professional duties, for private clients. To be successful, you will be an ambitious MRICS Surveyor, ideally with infrastructure / utilities experience (although a pure rural background will certainly be considered) looking to join a progressive business.
