Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister, Canterbury

A highly respected, prestigious Estate Agency are currently seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator to join their busy office in Canterbury. With a focus on upper-market properties, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with similar experience to continue to develop their career To be considered, the successful Senior Negotiator will offer the following skills/experience: * At least 4 years experience within Estate Agency * Ideally have listing/market appraisal experience * A consultative, non-aggressive sales technique * A full understanding of the sales process including sales progression * Previous experience of listing/valuing/conducting market appraisals * Strong negotiation skills * Be a keen team player * Ideally have experience of mentoring junior members of staff * Must have driving license and own vehicle (mileage will be paid) The successful Senior Negotiator will be responsible for duties such as (but not limited to): * Registering applicants * Vendor contact * Arranging viewings * Negotiating sales * Accompanying viewings * Sales progression * Listing properties on an ad-hoc basis The Senior Negotiator will be predominantly office-based as the company employ Viewing Assistants, however there will be the occasional need to accompany viewings. As such, it is imperative that the successful Senior Negotiator drives and has their own vehicle. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm. Saturday working will be on a rota basis (likely 1/3) and the Senior Negotiator will be offered a day in lieu.
