Production Operative (Temporary) Herne Bay, Kent £8.72 per hour Our client, a large manufacturing firm based in Herne Bay, is currently looking to recruit a Production Operative to work on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful applicant will be working in the various stages of the manufacture and assembly process. Working 7am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, this role will be paying a rate of £8.72 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing products to specification in a production line environment. Working to delivery plans and hitting personal and team targets. Consistent delivery of product against Quality Control requirements. Warehouse duties including unloading of deliveries.Person Specification Previous experience of working on a manufacturing/production line. Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and improve. Adaptable to change, the ability to listen and follow instruction also use their own initiative when needed. A strong team player.
