White Knight are delighted to be recruiting for a Clinical Lead / Ward Manager to join a wonderful provider based in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead / Ward Manager to join a low secure service for adults with LD or Mental Health conditions. The successful Clinical Lead/Ward Manager will have the following responsibilities:   ·Provide day to day Management of team ·Supporting the line manager to run service efficiently ·Take responsibility for care provided to patients ·Be responsible for staff training and observations ·Ensure compliance in line with CQC guidelines ·Provide clinical support to service users where required   The successful Clinical Lead / Ward Manager will have the following experience:   ·RMN or RNLD Qualified ·Extensive experience of managing teams within a clinical environment ·Experience of working with services users with Learning disabilities or Mental Health conditions ·Excellent Management experience ·Active NMC PIN   In return you will be offered a competitive salary, company sick pay, generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, well-being assessments and many more!
