School Cleaner, Birchington

Days and hours: Monday – Friday 16:00 – 19:00 (43 weeks per year / 39 weeks term time / 4 weeks deep clean)

Hourly rate: £12.71

Location: Birchington, Kent, CT7 9BL

Salary paid monthly across the year.

• Dedicate time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Complete induction and training within the first week of work, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience, or a willingness to be fully trained.
• Capacity to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK; evidence required.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Two satisfactory references required.
