From spotting the next big trend and shaping menu concepts, to managing margins and driving profitability, you’ll have a direct impact on the future of the business.

• Strong understanding of how consumer behaviour influences food choices and purchasing decisions
• Commercially astute with solid P&L management experience
• Experience or strong awareness of product development and innovation
• Confident communicator, able to influence both internal teams and external partners
• Naturally curious, with the ability to spot trends before they hit the mainstream
• Someone who gets excited about food — from concept through to customer experience

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging food trends, shifting customer behaviours, and market opportunities
• Source and develop exciting new products, menu items, and add-on ranges
• Lead menu planning and product development from concept through to launch
• Stay ahead of trends through market research, competitor insight, and continuous exploration
• Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring a high-quality product and customer experience
• Review P&L performance, manage cost of goods, and monitor ROI
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional activity to drive engagement and revenue
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across the business
• Present commercial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders
