Overview
Radius Vehicle Solutions are hiring a Driver-Valeter to join the Ipswich location on a full time basis. The dual-role involves preparing, delivering and collecting rental and lease vehicles for customers.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing a real mix of vehicles—from small cars to large 7.5T trucks—ready for rental journeys with our varied customer base.
• Own vehicle hygiene and readiness as part of a 22-point safety & pre-rental inspection.
• Report vehicle defects (e.g., dashboard warnings, service schedules, wear & tear) to rental administrators for workshop attention.

Getting off to the best start in your new role

• Our business model is 80% vans; you will drive commercial vehicles such as LWB panel vans, dropside tippers and luton boxes, so experience is appreciated.
• Provide a professional and caring approach to customer service, acting as frontline to our loyal customer base.
• Be adaptable to changes in workload in line with customer and internal requirements.
• Understand and adhere to new information as it is provided, as new vehicle delivery and collection tasks are added throughout the day.
• Have a good general understanding of geography, road networks within East Anglia, and confidence in driving out of area to London, the South East and the East Midlands Headquarters.

Hours and Salary

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (40hrs per week)

£26,338 per annum.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years, no more than six penalty points within the past 2 years
