Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are looking for experienced Composite Trim & Fitters to join our skilled production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects within a fast‑paced and highly professional manufacturing environment.

• Hand trimming and preparation of composite components
• Bonding and fitting of components using adhesives and fixtures
• Finishing components prior to final inspection
• Working from technical drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail
• Supporting production targets and delivery schedules

• Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship will be provided
• Previous experience within composite trim and fitting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working within fast‑paced or high‑pressure manufacturing environments
• Strong work ethic with pride taken in producing quality work
