As our new Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving forward the Test strategy for this team, working with our on and offshore Testers This role will incorporate both managerial responsibility, as well as hands on Testing. However you don't need to be an experienced automation tester You'll be heading up Software Testing on a number complex software projects, so quick thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Working to Agile methodologies with a multidiscipline team, you will ensure Software Quality and encourage the team to work according to best practises. You will lead from the front and be truly passionate about quality! WE NEED YOU TO HAVE? Experience of leading / managing a testing team Experience working in an Agile team Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with other teams IT IS NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)?
