Mobile App Developer, Middlesbrough

Sterling Recruitment Services are currently recruiting an experienced Mobile App Developer to join a well established and reputable software agency based in Middlesbrough. Working within a small team of web and software developers, you will be working on a single Android-only mobile app. * Minimum of 1+ years? experience of developing and testing front-end user interfaces primarily using mobile app development tools. * 1+ years of commercial experience with Android * Good understanding of application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality. * Strong experience with and knowledge of Java and Kotlin * Solid skills and experience of programming languages - PHP, Jquery/Javascript/, HTML, CSS, * Solid skills and experience of database programming - MySQL * An open mind to learn more about both mobile application technologies and the newest tech * Passionate and motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail * Ability to work remotely but attend weekly meetings both remotely and in-person (in Middlesbrough) * Good communication/reporting skills This forward thinking business offers a 35 hour working week, with complete flexibility on working hours.
