Job Title: Caretaker Location: Middlesbrough Salary: £9.00 per hour Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday Type: Temporary till the end of December 2020 (This could be then extended) Duties: * Ensure COVID-19 processes are adhered to * Carry out security procedures across the school buildings and grounds * Regular checking alarms and safety equipment * Report acts of vandalism and problems * Take deliveries and store materials in relevant areas of the academy * Inspect facilities areas around the college * Liaise with contractors * General repair / decorating duties Requirements: * Experience of general building and site maintenance * Knowledge of basic health and safety * Have an existing DBS check * Immediately available For more information on this exciting opportunity please contact Imperial Professionals
