Registered Manager - Children's Residential Milton Keynes £45,000 - £48,000 Our client, a leading provider of innovative care and education for children and young people have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to manage a Brand New children's Home located in Milton Keynes. Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality care to the children and young people. You will be Working Closely with all staff members and responsible for budgets and successfully producing a good to outstanding ofsted report. You will be focused on delivering child care that is focussed on obtaining the best outcomes for each child and young person. Criteria ** NVQ Level 5 in caring for children and young people ** 2 years experience working in a children's residential setting ** Experience in staff supervision and managing rotas ** Enthusiastic, committed and flexible The salary on offer is £45,000 - £48,000 + Bonus Location This role can be home based with some travel across the Milton Keynes region. Commutable from Fishermead, Oldbrook, Middleton, Bletchley, Caldicott, Northampton, Bedford.
