Due to their significant growth and ambitious business plans, they are looking to build a brand new data environment and want this person to help them on that journey. You will have the opportunity to step up and have a real say into the architecture of the new data environment, building your skills and knowledge to take the new data solutions to the next level. As you grow there will be further opportunity to develop your skills and responsibilities. You could lead a team or move into formal architecture - they're open to support you!
