CPN - Community Psychiatric Nurse, Milton Keynes

All CPN's have qualified psychiatric nursing training and having several years of working experience in a ward or community hospital. You will be able to carry out a series of recovery and supportive activities to people experiencing acute and continual mental illness. You will have experience working with an interdisciplinary medical health team and working in the community. Experience managing a workload across a territory or within a community hospital. Experience carrying out complete patient assessment and determine the clinical management needs. Perform planning, implementation and evaluation of a patients care plan. Have evidence of based Assess Psychosocial interventions. Actively provide memory service initiatives to patients with dementia. Ensure acurate records are set up and maintain. Supervise and often complete service reviews provided to patients. We offer contracts, as well as shift work
