Key Account Manager - Manufacturing, Milton Keynes

This is a true account management position, centred around building and maintaining strong relationships with a core portfolio of established clients. You'll be the key point of contact throughout the full customer journey—ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to final delivery and beyond. Internally, you'll work closely with the technical teams, coordinating each stage of the process. From RFQs and sales orders through to design reviews, production, quality assurance, and delivery, you'll play a central role in keeping everything aligned and on track. It's a fast-paced, detail-driven position where no two days are the same.

• Proven experience in a commercial or account management role
• A background in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Knowledge of managing customers which operate outside of the UK
• Experience in managing large accounts
