This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Milton Keynes for the position of Head of Supply Chain Management. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain operations, managing procurement processes, developing strategies to optimise operational efficiency, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring teams, negotiating with suppliers, and fostering strong professional relationships to meet strategic business objectives.

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management and related disciplines, with the ability to oversee end‑to‑end operations.
• Expertise in Operations Management and Procurement, with a focus on cost management and supplier negotiations.
• Team Leadership skills, including the ability to guide, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of logistics networks and e‑fulfilment processes is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
