Position: Casino & Events Marketing Executive – Head Office, Milton Keynes (Hybrid). Salary: £30,000-35,000 (DOE).
Role OverviewThis role leads all casino events and promotional support across the national estate, driving player engagement and revenue through coordinated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Attend casino meetings and advise best‑practice solutions based on marketing insight.
- Create engaging promotional activity and manage the content calendar for each venue.
- Collaborate with the Product team to interpret new machines and games.
- Develop multi‑channel content that meets company objectives and complies with regulations.
- Co‑ordinate online, digital, social and local/physical materials and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Use BI tools to monitor campaign performance, report on ROI and analyse player behaviour.
- Prepare consent‑led communication plans for channels such as email and SMS.
- Produce compliant creative briefs, minimising re‑work and maximising brand impact.
- Source and place external advertising opportunities with stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance Ops).
- Manage the marketing budget for each casino, preventing overspend.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain and update customer databases to maximise data capture and sign‑ups.
- Lead ad‑hoc projects to support departmental deliverables.
- Provide on‑call support across the casino estate via calls, email, Zoom or face‑to‑face meetings.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Operate within the compliance framework and promote responsible gambling strategies.
- Proven experience in casino marketing within the UK or internationally.
- Willingness to travel to venues and meetings across regions.
- Solution‑based thinking with focus on the big picture and scale.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to talk to people at all organisational levels.
- Excellent time‑management, organisational, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Basic IT proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to learn and adapt.
- Strong teamwork abilities and capacity for independent initiative.
- Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information responsibly.
