As aRegistered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensivenursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents and patients in theWhitchurcharea.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensivenursing careand support to patients in line withNMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)standards.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualizedcare plansin collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensureCQC (Care Quality Commission)compliance.
• Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid NMC Pin:Must be aRegistered Adult Nursewith a current, unrestricted registration.
• Experience:Previous experience inacute care, elderly care, or community nursingis highly desirable.
• Skills:Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Compliance:Must have the right to work in the UK and undergo anEnhanced DBS check.
• Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
