We are one of the first Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in the country to offer an occupational therapy rotation, across the local health system, through strong partnership working.
This post is an ideal opportunity for newly qualified Occupational Therapists or those who are seeking to widen their career opportunities through working in a range of specialties and settings. Employed by Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust (SCHT), the post holder will rotate every 6 months across community rehabilitation, community hospitals, acute sector as well as Midland Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.

Main duties of the job
Employed by SCHT, the post holder will rotate every 6 months across The Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICS. This includes Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH); Robert Jones Agnes Hunt (RJAH); Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust (SCHT) and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). This will allow exposure to a variety of settings increasing your skills and knowledge base and support you to explore where your career might take you.
You must be able to meet the travel requirements of the job.
