Job Description

We are seeking a new, extra special CCA (customer care advisor) to join our wonderful Reception team in our family-run local practice.

We are proud to prioritise a work-life balance and we’re open to discussion of hours and flexibility. We are looking for approx 30 hrs but may have some flexibility for the right candidate.

We would love to hear from a friendly, pet-focussed experienced client facing/reception person with a passion for animals, gold star service and pride & dedication to their role.

Responsibilities

• Client care and contact
• Communications (email/phone calls)
• Administration tasks
• Operating database software
• Assisting in practice; pet cuddles, cleaning, stock, medication handling & much more!
