A welcoming Specialist School in Chieveley is seeking a dedicated Autism Classroom Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The successful Autism Classroom Assistant will support pupils with ASD, sensory needs, and associated learning difficulties.

This Autism Classroom Assistant role will involve:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Assisting with communication and social development
* Creating a calm and structured classroom environment
* Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
* Working closely with teaching staff
* ASAP start with good public transport links

The ideal Autism Classroom Assistant will have previous SEN experience or a strong interest in autism support.
