Now Dutton are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber on behalf of one of our clients. General maintenance work will be carried out within occupied and void properties around the Newcastle and North Tyneside areas. There is an expectation of completing 10 ? 12 jobs each working day, hours are 8am ? 4pm Monday ? Friday. However more/longer hours can be worked. Each morning you will be required to report to the company?s main office in Newcastle to receive the job tickets each day. Therefore a full clean driving license is essential as you will be provided with a company van. Hourly rate = £16.50ph ? this can be based on self employed (CIS) or Limited Company. Further options are available such as PAYE and UMB. An Asbestos Awareness certificate is required for this vacancy, if you do not currently hold a valid cert this can be arranged via an online course.
