Working as a Qualified Nurse you will be expected to deliver and promote a high standard of personal care and support across various settings, empowering our clients service users to maintain as much independence as possible, ensuring all daily living activities are met to highest standard of person centred care. We work in settings such as residential, nursing, hospitals, support settings and specialist units. Main duties include, but are not limited to: * Being responsible for overseeing both residents and staff on shift, ensuring their safety * Be confident in administering medications in various ways whether it be oral, intravenous or topical etc. * Ensure residents, physical & emotional needs are being met * Use your skills and knowledge to assess care requirements of each resident / service user during each shift. * Be able to document and communicate your anything you find effectively and efficiently to promote best practise. * Be fully aware and up to date with all NMC guidelines and current legislations Person Specification: * 12 Month minimum experience post registration * Registered Nurse (RGN,RMN,RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin * Clinical and leadership skills * Be caring, understanding, patient and calm. * Be able to remain calm under pressure * Be reliable and professional * Eligible to work in the UK * Preferably have own vehicle but not essential Benefits: * Flexible hours to suit you * Free Training and Refresher training * Holiday accrual * Refer a Friend Scheme * Free Uniform * Free Fully enhanced disclosure adult and children * Competitive hourly rates ?
