We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, and competent Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years post registration experience to join our fast-paced teams working from our Clinic based in Jesmond. Working on a rota basis either on a full or part time basis you will be dealing with our cosmetic and bariatric surgical patients pre- and post-operatively. The rota includes late evening and weekend working. Although cosmetic surgery experience is not essential, wound care experience is paramount as is dealing with surgical patients and knowledge of infection control matters. Postholder will be dealing with patients, surgeons and hospitals. Bariatric nursing experience would be highly advantageous, successful applicants will be given training and an additional payment will be given upon satisfactory training to carry out gastric band fills, once the training is completed. Applicants must possess up to date venepuncture skills and the confidence and ability to work autonomously is essential.
